Due to the EU’s new General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR) we are needing to stop selling in Europe and Northern Ireland. We have so many amazing Europe & NI customers and I’m so sad that we are needing to do this as a small business. Once we have more clarity on the situation hopefully we will be able to sell again in the future (of course we will keep you all updated on this).
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY
Sometimes items will incur customs and duty charges by your home country, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay these if they wish to receive their items. Some items that are available in our store might be prohibited imports to your country and therefore will be caught by customs and destroyed, along with any other items you have ordered. It is your responsibility to check what items are restricted to import in to your country prior to order. No responsibility or compensation will be provided to items destroyed by customs in the event they are destroyed due to being prohibited.
