Returns & Refund

Our Returns & Refunds Policy lasts for 14 days from when you receive your order. In this time you are able to get a refund. Unfortunately due to possibility of our product(s) selling out, we will not be able to accept exchanges at this time. We recommend following the return policy for the return of your product and then purchasing your desired size and/or colour.

All items must be unworn and in the original condition as received with the packaging and the labels on. Items must be sent back in the original box as delivered to ensure no damages during transit. If your order is not sent back in this way then we may be unable to offer you a refund.

Please then send the items back to - The Paw Print Boutique, Peartree Business Centre, Cobham Road, Ferndown Industrial Estate, BH21 7PT Wimborne, Dorset. 

Please include a note with your name, order number & reason for return so we are able to reference this.
